Looking Up Opportunities
To look up opportunities:
- From the Lookup menu, select Opportunities, and then select a lookup from the submenu.
For example, you can look up all opportunities in the negotiation stage by selecting Stage from the Opportunities submenu:
The Lookup Opportunities dialog opens.
- Under Search for, select the criteria by which you want to search. For example, if you’re searching for opportunities in the Negotiation stage, type “Negotiation” into the Stage field. Note that the label over this field (Stage, in this case) varies depending on the lookup command you chose.
- Click OK.
The Opportunity List displays the opportunities that meet the criteria you entered.
