Exporting to Microsoft Excel from ACT!

You can export a list of opportunities to Microsoft® Excel. When you do this, Act! generates a workbook containing the list, a pivot, and a pivot chart:

  1. If necessary, create a lookup for the opportunities you want to export.
  2. On Opportunities the toolbar, click the Export to Excel button.

Microsoft® Excel opens, displaying the list of opportunities on the first tab of the workbook.

Click the tabs at the bottom of the Excel window to view the Opportunities Pivot Chart and Opportunities Pivot.
