Using the Contact Detail Window to Add a Contact to a Group or Company in ACT!
You can continue to add members to your groups as you add contacts to the database. To add a new contact to a group from the Contact Detail window:
- Select the Groups/Companies tab.
- Click the Add Contact to Group button at the top of the tab.
The Add Contacts to Group/Company dialog opens.
- From the View menu, select Groups, Groups and Subgroups, Companies, or Companies and Divisions. This populates the list below.
- In the list, select the group or company to which you want to add the contact.
- Click OK.
