Using the Contact Detail Window to Add a Contact to a Group or Company in ACT!

You can continue to add members to your groups as you add contacts to the database. To add a new contact to a group from the Contact Detail window:

  1. Select the Groups/Companies tab.
  2. Click the Add Contact to Group button at the top of the tab.

The Add Contacts to Group/Company dialog opens.

  1. From the View menu, select Groups, Groups and Subgroups, Companies, or Companies and Divisions. This populates the list below.
  2. In the list, select the group or company to which you want to add the contact.
  3. Click OK.
