Setting Calendar Preferences in ACT!
Several options are available for customizing the calendar, including customizing the number of days in the work week, setting events to display, and defining the time increments that are displayed.
To set calendar preferences:
- From the Tools menu, select Preferences.
- Select the Calendar & Scheduling tab.
- Click the Calendar Preferences button.
- In the Calendar Preferences dialog, select the options you want to use.
- Click OK.
To grant access to your calendar to another user:
- From the Schedule menu, select Grant Calendar Access.
- In the Calendar Access dialog, select the user to whom you want to grant access.
- Click the Access button.
- In the Edit Access dialog, select the level of access you want to grant.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to close the Calendar Access dialog.
