Using Quicken with Online Banking
The online features enhance the usability of Quicken and help you make better financial decisions.
Quicken online services allow you to download your bank statements from supported financial institutions, and receive updated currency exchange rates.
To access the Quicken Online services, you need to set up the Internet connection.
Setting up the Internet connection:
1. On the Edit menu, go to Preferences and click Internet Connection Setup.
The Internet Connection Setup dialog box is displayed.
2. Select the required option according to your requirement.
3. Click the Next button. The Connection Settings screen is displayed which allows you to configure the connection to the Internet.
For Advanced Connection Settings:
� Click the Advanced Connection Settings button to view/change the preferences.
Note: Changing the settings may affect the other programs connected to the Internet, including Internet Explorer.
� Click the Setup button. The New Connection Wizard dialog box is displayed.
� Follow the instructions to setup the new connection.
4. Click Done to apply the settings.

� Updating settings in one step
� Scheduling updates
� Viewing one step update summary
� Viewing Quicken support and Quicken products on the Web
� Viewing Quicken services
