Choosing a Word Processor

When you first set up Act!, you’re given the option of specifying a word processor to use with the program. If you didn’t select one, or you want to select one now, you can do so using the Preferences dialog:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Preferences.

The Preferences dialog opens.

  1. Select the Communication tab.

  1. Select the word processor you want to use from the drop-down menu.

Note: You must change macros security in Microsoft® Word before you can use it with Act!.

  1. Click OK.
