    Listing of U.S. chain stores in retailing and food service industries. Published annually.

    Hi, I am going to have classes at a private language school. I thought that it is important to have basic knowledge about business, since having foreign language classes is almost like having an umpredictable business. I want to know how to deal with my customers with care, what would be secrets to have more customers, and what would be an effective promotion.
